Upcoming cancelled sailings

I’m assuming the planned cancellations are due to the breakdown of the Tacoma earlier this week. If you’re planning to ride the ferry in the next couple of days and don’t get alerts for the San Juan Islands/Anacortes runs, you may want to check the WSF website to be sure the boat you want is sailing. Two messages from WSF regarding upcoming cancelled runs are posted below.

On Friday, 8/1, the 6:15 a.m. departure from Anacortes to Lopez and the 7:15
a.m. departure from Lopez to Anacortes are canceled due to vessel repositioning
throughout the system. We apologize for the inconvenience.

All international departures from Anacortes, Friday Harbor and Sidney, B.C.,
will be canceled on Thursday, 7/31 and Friday, 8/1 due to vessel repositioning
throughout the system. The affected westbound departures are Anacortes 8:25
a.m. and 2:50 p.m., and Friday Harbor 9:45 a.m. The affected eastbound
departures are Sidney, B.C., 12:00 p.m. and 5:55 p.m., and Friday Harbor 7:25
