Upcoming F.R.O.G. survey invitation

A new F.R.O.G. survey will soon be available from the WA State Transportation Commission. Several of us who are registered with F.R.O.G. already received the following message today, asking us to invite others to join and complete the survey when it’s released.

Starting this weekend (some may have already received it), the Washington State Transportation Commission will be sending you and 6,500 other WSF riders a link to a new FROG survey that will cover WSF customer service issues, fare payment approaches, and other topics. To get as many people involved as possible, we are hoping we can enlist your help in getting more folks to join the FROG and participate in the ferry surveys. The more we hear from – the more impact your collective voice will have. If you know of any ferry riders, or people interested in ferry issues, who might want to participate in the current FROG survey, please pass this email along to them. To sign up for the FROG, just insert the link below into your browser: http://www.ferryridersopiniongroup.com We truly do appreciate you taking the time to share your views via the FROG surveys and also appreciate any help you can lend us in getting more folks to join the FROG community. Thank you! Richard Ford, Chairman Washington State Transportation Commission

Please take a few minutes to register and respond to the survey.

Dear VOWS (Voice Of Washington Survey) Member: Norris Palmer,

The WA State Transportation Commission (WSTC) would like to thank you for your interest in helping shape statewide transportation decisions. Your comments and insights do make a difference and do got the attention of the State Legislature.

We were wondering if you might help us with a short (7 minute) survey on the Washington State Ferry (WSF) system. Since state resources go to support WSF we would like to hear from users and non-users alike.
