Agenda for 11/10/10 FAC meeting

Here is the agenda for the upcoming FAC meeting to be held on Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and minutes from the October meeting. Please note the meeting time change. The location was given in the November 5th post. Points covered in John Whetten’s message last week are included on this agenda. I am in Arkansas and cannot attend. I don’t know if anyone else is able to go. I’ll ask John to share information after the meeting.

San Juan Islands FAC October 22 Special Meeting Minutes

11:30: Convene in Council Hearing Room (Legislative Building). Full FAC
except Pat McKay in attendance, Ferry Agents from all terminals, members of
Public Access: reservations, meeting on other islands, fare increase, Nov.
4th WSTC public meeting.
Action: Unanimously approved September meeting minutes.
Action: Unanimously approved Winter allocations.
Report on contact with USCG.
Spring schedule: Jim will contact Remagen for meeting before Thanksgiving.
WSF Report by Melissa Johnson: Budget cuts, proposed service reductions, ADA
PVA Recommendation discussion.
Reservations: behind schedule, public concerned and needs to be kept
informed, ask WSF to update website info.
Additional scheduling discussion, direct boats, 06:40 Lopez.
Action: Decide to meet on Orcas Nov. 10.
Additional public comment.
